I don't have any problems since EZOutlokSyncPro6 , and I am using it for sync few times a day...

No problems neither with EZOutlokSyncPro8 (1.5 patch 8 )

Which files are EZO files? You mean all of the files within EZOutlookSync Pro folder (in program files floder) ?

Try this:

delete *.ini file located in
C:\Program Files\EZOutlookSync Pro\

Then just start EZOutlookSyncPro, create new profile and try another sync.
