Please forward me via PM (private message) here in the forum the latest log file. You can get it by starting Windows OAS and clicking on Tools->Last log. We will be able to check what's going on behind the scenes as to why there's 0 changes. Sync via USB is possible, although you'd need to set up US...

Could you please make a test contact with all the major fields filled in Outlook, then sync it over to Android and share screenshots how it looks like as in Outlook as in Android? Thanks!

That's an interesting observation you made in the last sentence. Will check on our side what could be causing the error message. Will update this post once I have more info.

Did you run the sync wizard in OAS for her phone, as well? As she'd need to have a separate type of connection.

You wife's Windows account is on the same PC as yours? If so, you'd like to sync your wife's phone with your Outlook data or she has her own outlook profile? Thanks!
