Getting faults again
Hi Guys, After a month of successfully syncing outlook using "EZOutlookSync Pro 1.5" I start getting the error: "Access violation at address 004CCEB7 in module 'EZOutlookSync.exe'. Read of address 00000009." I am disappointed to get this error again as I had thought we had fixed ...

I think I have come, accidently, across the solution to the problem why EZOS ver 1.5 does not work for everyone. I uninstalled the program, AND then DELETED the directory: C:\Program Files\EZOutlookSync Pro before I reinstalled EZOS Pro 1.5 Last night (as you can see from the previous message) I was...

I found that if you just uninstalled EZOutlookSync 1.4 and then installed version 1.5 you automatically get an error when you press the sync button. What I did to get rid of that error was to uninstall version 1.5. Go to the program files directory and delete the directory: C:\Program Files\EZOutloo...

Thank you for the suggestion. I have run the test and sent the results to ezsupport@ezoutlooksync.com including all the Log Files. The result was that it synchronizes successfully if BOTH files are on the same computer... but I also completely uninstalled EZOS 1.5 from my computer, DELETED the direc...

Here is a thought I had early this morning. Maybe us guys who have a problem with this program have a common networking setup that is causing the error. My two computers are connected to each other through a wireless network and NOT through a wired connection to a hub / router (ie both my computers ...

Still generating an error fault
Morning, I've installed EZPro1.5 beta 2 and tried a syncronisation. I still get the sync error, but it is a new error number. I've uninstalled the program again, but will keep reading this forum to see if you guys ever get this fixed. Good luck. Right now it is an unusable program, but no worse than...

Problem seems to be fixed
Ok, I have reinstalled version 1.4 and the program now seems to work again. I did end up getting messages that my temporary key had expired and I needed a new permanent key so I have applied, received and installed the permanent key and the program seems to be behaving itself now. I will keep this u...
