Calendaring and Tasks -
Does EZO do a new create date when the item for one pst is copied to the other pst? IF this is the case, then this creates a problem with create dates.

No the case in this Release
That is not the case in this release, I have moved a total of three messages in a three separate tests and EZO has failed to find them in the target's inbox.
The only thing that it does is to realize that they are not in the source's inbox, so it copies them back into the source's inbox.

moving messages
when a message is moved from one folder (such as the inbox) to another folder after a full sync is done, does EZo know this or does is just compare folder to folder?
My testing has resulted that it just compares folder to folder.

While waiting on the response, I did the following: (1) On the desktop, renamed the current PST, then created a new PST - with nothing inside it. (2) THen from the laptop, invoked Pro in order to synch with the Desktop PST (newly created one) - the synch was successful and the total number of items ...

Reread and got a different understanding
Well, you prompted me to read the help again - and this time I have a different understanding of the three options, and as a result working under a different understanding. Copy source to target - I understand if that if there are deleted in the target and they exist in the source, the they will be ...

Sharing PSTs
From my understanding it is not the design of OL to have the pst shared, since they are a direct write file from that particualar OL pc (desktop or laptop). I know that I have done it, it is slow and in some instances will create duplicates in the items - such as mail, tasks, calendars - that means ...

Deleting items from PST and then having removed
I guess that Max needs to weigh on on this aspect, I know that if I delete from one PST, that I don't want them to be reappear - for example if i delete frm the source pst and then synch - I don't want the target to have them and then for them to be placed back in the source pst. Any guidance here M...

Understand that - but my question is or concern rather if you receive and delete the items on the laptop that were in the full synch, do you want them restore when synch back witht the desk top? I know that when I work with the email messages, calendar and tasks on either one that would become the s...

Support and Responses
It is a problem with the reponses here - a simple response of "needing more inforamtion - " or "being added to the next release" would be better than nothing. I think that I may also have to check out the programs you mentioned. I would suggest that you check out http://www.synch...

Keeping Bugs for a version/release together
Would it not be a good idea to keep the reports of bugs and technical issues in one log for each release and version, makes sense to me and then when a release is done, the start of the new bug/technical issues can be done as one file - easier to search and then can be moved to archives when a new r...

Is this being worked at the present time - based on the fact that all it does is to make the two files the same - without any deletes from the target and source, the program is not useful to being able to keep two psts the same. If there is any additonal informaton such as log files, etc, then let m...

Yes, I am that person. Additonally, all you have stated is the same as you stated in the post here - no additional information. If you can kindly provide some additional details, then I can get with Verizon and see what the problem is or is happening with the email. I am sure that the informaton tha...
