Outlook-Android Sync & EZOutlookSync

So, if I understand this correctly (sorry for being so dense) I download the O-A Sync to the desktop and under the same license download a second copy to the laptop. Then I can use the Android as the go between. Then sync desktop to Android, then Android to laptop. Thanks for your help.

"Just 1 if you're going to sync from one computer", I am a little confused, does the sync go both directions or only from the one computer?

Similar question, I have a desktop, laptop and Android that I would like to keep synced? Using Office 2007 if that matters. What do I need to get?
