You can simply remove data for most of the contacts in the middle of the log file, if you don't wish to include it. We mostly need info about your events so that we can see what's causing their incorrect sync, plus additional data for the end part of the log file where the AV error is recorded. Than...

You shouldn't downgrade your system as the latest version OAS is fully compatible with Win10. Was there any error message with the OAS 3.1 version?

Okay, so there were 883 contacts during the very first sync that was recorded in the log file. Before the last sync took place there were 882 contacts in Outlook and 865 in Android (which is less by 18 than in Outlook). That's why the contacts from Outlook were removed and placed into trash. First option would be to try to temporarily disable your anti-virus software and see of the app is able to start normally then. Thanks.
