Please mention your Windows version, is it Windows10? If yes, is that a 32-bit or a 64-bit OS?

Please try to download the 64-bit version of the app and see what happens when you try to start it.
Also, please do not duplicate your requests (I'm talking about your email message), as this only slows the process down.

We need to see the log file. Please send it to me via PM here in the forum. You can get it by clicking on Tools > Last log. And mention names of couple of appointments that didn't get synchronized. Thanks.

Sorry, seems I have misinformed you. Once you uninstall the Android version of Outlook-Android Sync, you'd also need to delete the OutlAndr.ini file from the Windows version (can be found here: C:\Users\Your_Windows_Username\AppData\Roaming\Outlook-Android Sync) in order to completely reset the sync...

Thanks for the log files. The first one is empty, the second one contains some data, will analyze and revert.
BTW If you need to restore the deleted items, you can find them in the Deleted Items folder in Outlook.

Please forward us the latest log file (you can send it to me via PM here in the forum), which can be accessed by starting the Windows version of OAS and clicking on Tools->Last log. Could you please mention specifically which fields you're talking about? If you create a new test contact in Outlook with these fields filled in, will it stay this way with the fields visible? If yes, will it change after the sync? Thanks!
