Did you run the sync wizard in OAS for her phone, as well? As she'd need to have a separate type of connection.

You wife's Windows account is on the same PC as yours? If so, you'd like to sync your wife's phone with your Outlook data or she has her own outlook profile? Thanks!

Confirm, this seems to be the case on some devices, will attempt to improve in the next update. What you can do at the moment is to choose to sync contacts from Outlook into the Google's account in OAS settings (tap on Menu->Settings->Sync Settings->Account to sync contacts into). Thanks!

Unfortunately mail rules cannot be synchronized. What you can do is to import/export them using built-in tools.

Okay, then my only guess would be the specific Outlook version that you have. Will try to get it to check if that's true.

The error means Outlook is not able to add the PST file to its store and that's where EZOS accesses it from. As to why this happens - we're still investigating. I assume you're able to open the PST either from NAS or from mapped folder from Outlook?

This is odd.. What's Outlook version number and its edition (32-bit or 64-bit)?
