Hello
I am trying the evaluation version of Outlook Android Sync.
It seems to be just what I need.
I was able to sync my devices once.
When I tried it again, the software indicates the Sync process started but stays in the sync screen for ever (it advances about 60% quickly and then stalls).
I then, had to cancel the process due to the extremely long wait.
Is there a way I can figure out why is it hunging and not continuing the sync until the end?

You should have a log file of the incomplete sync here:
C:\Users\Your_Windows_Username\AppData\Roaming\Outlook-Android Sync\Logs
Please check if it's there and forward to us (you can send me a PM here in the forum or email us at ezsupport[at]ezoutlooksync.com with a link to this topic). Will check the log file out and see what's causing the issue. Thanks.

Dear Admin,
I dont know why the PM did not go through.
I think I did not waited enough since I have a lot of contacts.
I tried again with more patience and the sync process finished Ok.
