Dear EZOutlookSync,

Is it possible to Sync my phone and Outlook PST configuring somehow the Phone itself to act as a WiFI Hot Spot (tethering) and avoiding going throught an external hotspot?

Yes, it's possible. Turn on Wi-Fi tethering on your phone, connect your PC to the wi-fi hotspot created by your phone, start Outlook-Android Sync on your phone (assume you already have PC version of the program running), tap on Menu->Connect manually and enter IP address of your PC. That should be it.
BTW you can use the USB tethering connection option, as well. Thanks.
