Outlook, Razri and Google sync

I use my Outlook (2007) for emails, calendar and contacts. This in turn sync to Google.
I want to sync the above with my RAZRi, with a duplex link that allows any changes on any device, that then syncs to the other two.
For example, I insert an event in to my RAZRi calendar, that then automatically syncs to Google and Outlook.

Can your software do this.

Most likely your RAZRi calendar already syncs with Google Calendar. What you can do using Outlook-Android Sync is to add Outlook into the equation. Thanks.
