Synchronization Wizard

I've installed apps on phone and laptop.

Now the Synchronization Wizard (on laptop) tells me to "Tap the PC name (or tap on Menu and choose Connect manually)

Problem: Tapping PC name does nothing, and I don't know what "Menu" is being referred too. There is no Menu in the wizard. How do I connect manually?
