sync with imap email accounts

do I need to purchase the 30 version for windows if I have an android phone? I am needing to sync outlook with my google calendar and do both ways. this is the app to do it?

The software you need is Outlook-Android Sync. Although, synchronization will only work through your Android device. Thanks.
