Syncing with Android 5.0 and outlook 2010

I am looking to purchase an Android cell phone but need it to seamlessly sync with outlook 2010. I need the sync to be able to populate all of the fields in outlook including notes, job title, company etc. Will this sync populate those fields on the phone? My company utilizes either pop3 or an imap account.
