My Android Tablet unable to connect with my PC

I have successfully connected to my pc in past but for some reason this morning I get a message that "no pc was found" and thus unable to connect. Earlier today I was able to sync my phone without issues.

Please check if you are still able to connect using the Connect manually option. Thanks!
