Contacts not syncing Android to Outlook

Contacts not syncing Android to Outlook

Contacts and Calendar are syncing fine from Outlook to Android, and Calendar is syncing fine from Outlook to Android. But for some reason Contacts will not go from Android to Outlook. Can anyone help?

Please forward us the latest log file. You can get it by clicking on Tools->Last log in Windows version of Outlook-Android Sync.
