Trial version worked but cannot sync after adding the license

Outlook Android sync worked fine for my trial period, but once I purchased a permanent license and added it to the Windows install my mobile Outlook Android app no longer can find the Windows version running the now licensed app server. I've tried manual options as well. Both the Andoid app and PC are on the same WiFi network. Any idea why the mobile app is not finding the WIndows app?
