Google Pixel Notes question

I just ran the program for the first time. But where does Notes sync to on my Pixel? Do I have to install a certain app on there to see the Notes I already have stored on my PC in Outlook?

Notes are synced with the Outlook-Android Sync app itself. Tap on menu and choose Notes.
