Error Message: pst in use and could not be accessed

I synch, close EZOLsync and then try to open target computer's outlook and get the "Unable to open...pst is in use."

I looked at my system processes and EZ is not running. Looks like it's not releasing my pst file after the synch.

Thoughts?

Hm...if EZOutlookSync process is not running, it can not keep the file busy. I would advice checking with FreeFile utility, which can be download from our website as well:
