Outlook-Android Sync & EZOutlookSync

My outlook sync gets as far as the actual synchronisation step - the two parallel lines waiting to go - and then freezes: 'this programme is not responding.' What do I do next? Both computers are linked up, desk top and laptop. I'm using 1.6 pro.

What's your Windows and Outlook versions? It would also be helpful if you could post a log file here. Thanks.
