Version 2.1 Not Synching Inbox

I've just purchased and installed after running demo.
I'm synching from Desktop Office 2007 Outlook on Vista 32, to Laptop Outlook 2007 on Vista 64.

The original synch was done using the "trial version" and seemed OK, all the folders were replicated.

Now I can't get changes to propogate from Inbox to Inbox

This is with EZOutlookSync Pro.

The dialog confirms synch was successful, but the results are quite different in the two inboxes. For example on the laptop there are 3 emails from Today, and none from Friday.
On the desktop there are two (different) emails from Today and 8 from Friday.

I have tried synching both ways, and no resulting change.

Bit concerned given that I just bought this for my mum to use and it does not appear to be working properly.

Hi,
I'm requesting a refund as this simply is not working. Folders are getting created, but changes made on one or other outlook do not get subsequently synchronised.
I even recreated the pst from within EZOS Pro as a backup, and the same problems persisted.

Sorry I could not hang around to see this get resolved, but I'm only with my Mum for a couple of days and needed a working solution.

I will contact support email to request the refund.

Yes, feel free to request a refund. Just out of curiosity - you might also want to have a look at Options, more specifically at the Mail comparing options (Tools->Options->Compare options->Mail). Once there, you can experiment a bit in order to determine the best mix for you. It should help to synchronize email messages correctly. Thanks.
