Error message, program terminated

I used this program on vista 32 bit for about 8 months wiht no problems. I was going to install it on an older machine, which is also vista 32 bit but after installation I get this error message
Error: Access violation at 0x75D415F5 (tried to write to 0X00090FFC), program terminated.
I tried to install it to Win 7 64 bit on get the same message. I would like to install this to my very old machine so I can install an updated o/s on the machine it is currently on.
