Outlook-Android Sync & EZOutlookSync

For some reason when I sync my calendar, the recurring events don't show up. Any thoughts? I have tried a couple of times. Also, some events (but oddly not all) synced twice, so I have mirror copies of some events after I tried to resync.
I should mention phone is LG-LS720, Android version 4.1.2

Please also mention your sync direction and which side the recurring events are initially on. Thanks.
