Portable version of Outlook - no outlook installation detected

I am using a portable single file version of Outlook2003.exe
Outlook-Android sync response "no outlook installation detected"

1. I suppose Outlook-Android sync is looking for the outlook.exe ?
2. I suppose Outlook-Android sync is trying to find the outlook.exe in registry file ?
3. Or Outlook-Android sync can not find the pst file ?
4. How can tell Outlook-Android sync where to open the pst file ?

Outlook-Android Sync needs to connect to MAPI in order to perform synchronization. MAPI is a service provider interface for Outlook. There's no official portable version of Outlook and my guess is that MAPI functions were either removed or disabled in the custom portable build.
