Cannot find outlook

I have tried the 32 and 64 bit installation. The error stays the same. It cannot find Outlook. I'm using Windows 10 and office 2016 with Outlook 2016. It's a standard installation were I installed the data on a seperate logical drive ( E: drive).

If the seperate logical drive is the issue, can I change some settings so it finds Outlook PST files?

Please post a screenshot of the error message. Also mention your Outlook edition (whether it's 32-bit or 64-bit). Thanks.

I'm having same issue with Outlook. I have two versions on laptop, one loaded locally (office Mobile) and other Exchange (2016). As you can see, the software is waiting to download suggesting maybe your server is hung.

Office Mobile is for mobile devices, not sure how it's installed on your PC? Also, did you try to install the 32-bit version of Outlook-Android Sync? Thanks.
