Ghosting contacts on Android 7

Hi. I'm running the same environment as reported before (latest version of OAS Android and 32 bit desktop, using Outlook 2010, and one way sync from Outlook to Android). Since I upgraded to Android 7 on my LG G5, when I make a change to a contact or add a new one, on the first sync the contact is gone. But if I sync again, it appears.

My destination for contacts is my gmail contacts.

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

Please create a new test contact in Outlook, sync it with your phone and then forward us the latest log file (you can send it to me via a personal message here in the forum). Will check if the test contact is being transferred during the first sync. Thanks!
