No default email client

I have just installed this program onto my Windows 10 computer using Outlook 2016 and using an Android 10 phone. When I run it I get the message "Either there is no default mail client or .... please run MS Outlook and set it at the default mail client". As I don't have any other email programs on this computer I think Outlook must be the default client.
As an alternative I tried to use a USB lead connection but on running the program came to the same screen. Clicking OK just quits the program, I do not get the same screen as shown in your FAQs.
What should I do?

Please check if you downloaded the correct version of the program (32-bit vs 64-bit).
