Sync not showing on target

I installed the trial software, did a sync and see that both outlooks were did synced but my actual outlook program has not changed.

Please be more specific. What's the program version and edition? What kind of synchronization did you use (one-way, two-way), how many different PST files were synchronized, what was the sequence (i.e. A<->B, B->C, C->A)? Thanks.

1 PST on each computer

Not sure whether you're using the latest version or not. Please try the latest EZOS Pro 2.1 Beta 2 version. Can be downloaded from here:
