Shows sync was completed, 0 additions, 0 updates, 0 deletes.
However additions were made in Outlook contacts and calendar.
No settings have changed.
Please Advise.

Please forward me (via PM here in the forum) the latest log file. You can get it by clicking on Tools->Last log. Thanks.

Where have you sent the log to? Please also check if you have the latest Windows OAS and Android OAS versions installed as on your PC as on your Android device. Thanks!

For whatever reason, I just ran it again this morning, and it took and showed all the Additions, Updates and deletions !
Nothing was changed in the settings, laptop system had not rebooted, IP and port were unchanged...........Strange!
After 3 days of not seeing any additions, updates or deletions.
Every time I copied and pasted the log into the message to send admin via the direct messaging system, it would freeze up.

I am still having problems syncing. I will PM you (admin) with my log file. I am trying to sync from Outlook to phone (one-way). But it says 0 additions, updates, and deletes. I'm getting nothing sync'ed. I check my android calendar (I'm only syncing the calendar) and there are no changes.

Thanks.. at least I can see where to attach a file now. But it says the file is too big. The file size is 284KB. How 'too big' is that?

256 KB was the default limit. I've increased it to 10 MB.

Well.. with much embarresment, it was all my fault. I did not pick the correct .pst file to sync. Once I did that.. no problems.
The admin was SO helpful and patient with me. Thank you!!!!
It now syncs and looks great on my Galaxy S7.

Hi. Use Outlook 2007 and Google Calendar on my Android 7 powered HONOR 6X mopbile phone.
Syncing works from PC (outlook) to mobile but not the other way round.
