Contacts not Synchronizing

Using version 1.3, I've tried two way and one way syncronizing my PST on two computers and the contacts are not being updated on the "Target" PST file.

I have ensured the Contacts folder and all sub-folders are checked before running the synchronization.

Any ideas? I'll be happy to just start over on one computer (del the pst? or whatever it takes) and then do a sync from the Source to get the target started correctly. Then I would expect syncs to work (two way) between the two for all data types I use (inbox, calendar and contacts).

Any ideas how to trouble shoot?

Hello,

are you using Pro or standart edition?
Are there any error messages during synchronization?

Instead of choosing the target PST file, you can create a new one from the same dialog (just type a new file's name) and try to synhronize into this file...(one-way sync)

Standard edition.

There are no errors during synchronization.

The log shows that the contacts folders are being compared.

I'll try by creating a new pst file using the method you describe, then make changes to the source AND target and try a two way sync.
