Strange key request

Post by cyborg »

Hello, I'm experiencing strange troubles. I've purchased a copy of EZOS and installed on my laptop. But I'm receiving a message when I'm requested to enter a new key cause the old one is a temporary one just expired. . . I've no clues about it, anyone had this problem?
Thanks

Best regards from Italy

Don't worry, it's just an anti-piracy issue.

Please forward us the Hardware ID (fingerprint). You can see it in the window asking you to register the program. We'll be able to issue a permanent license key to you then. Thanks.

"Temporary Key expired"

Post by mveit »

I have emailed twice to get a "permanent" key to no avail. This is incredibly frustrating since I can't use my Outlook until I can sync it with the file I brought with me from my other computer. My entire life is on hold until I can do this, so I think maybe I should forget about synching and just erase the old file and import the new one...in which case I wasted $40 and LOTS of time.
