Outlook-Android Sync & EZOutlookSync

I am using an evaluation copy and I tried a src <-> target sync. It gets most of the way through and fails with "Operation aborted". I tried a src -> target sync and get the same thing. Both machines are running XP and Outlook 2003. Any tips?

Oh, I should have said that Outlook wasn't running on any machine at the at any time during the syncronization.

What is the connection between the 2 machines? Seems like packets get lost.
