Outlook-Android Sync & EZOutlookSync

I receive this error when try to run the program:

server execution failed

prior to error message , I get windows error that outlook had error and had to be closed... my outlook2000 runs fine except when called by this program)

any ideas?

would love to buy a program like this, just what I need...

Sorry, can't help you. There is something wrong with your Outlook installation, but, unfortunately, we have no certain fix except re-installing Outlook.
