Duplicate files

I am a new user to EZoutlook and have just purchased the programme. Generally I am very happy with it's fuction, it works fine.
I am using 2 computers and synchronising outlook files on both. Both pcs are set up to receive the same outlook mail so when I perform a synchronisation I get duplicate item on both pcs. How do I stop this, I only want to see 1 copy on each pc?

If you're using EZOutlookSync Pro, you should go to Tools->Options, then under Compare Options choose Mail. Make sure all the check boxes are selected - this will make comparison more precise. Thanks.
