New problem with Win 10

Since upgrading my PC to Win10, Outlook-Android Sync is not working on my phones.
When I try to connect, I get the message:
Unable to connect. Check firewall settings on your computer

I've turned off the firewall and UAC settings on the PC, but it has made no difference.

There's 2 options in Windows firewall - private and public networks. Please try disabling Win firewall for both of them, will it help?

Windows firewall is completely off.

Is your PC detected automatically or you are using a manual connection option? Are you sure the IP address you use is the correct one?

I have it working now!
There were problems with other programs after the Win10 upgrade. So I changed to a clean install and rebuilt all the programs.
Now your program and others are working again :)
