connection error

I have had the paid version of "Outlook-Android Sync" for some time now and had no problems with my Samsung Galaxy III or my HTC One Max.....I recently upgraded my phone to a Motorola Droid - had a couple successful syncs last week - but now it fails everytime although I have changed nothing else. I repeatedly get the "Connection Error" "Unable to connect. Check firewall settings on your computer"

My firewall is off.....I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the computer software & the phone software multiple times each and cannot get passed this error. I am using a USB cable to sync.....


Please help

Maybe the IP address of your PC has changed? Please check it in the program's main window (Windows version).
