New user connect problem

I just downloaded you program for my Samsung Galaxy 4 and to my PC running Windows 10. I followed the process to pair and sync, however, the The app on the phone indicates connected (with a swirling wheel) but the PC has not indicated a connection and activated the "next" button. The system process has been like this for about 30 minutes. Am I missing something?

Please try reboot as your phone as your PC and try again. Will it help? Thanks!

Followed recommendation and no change. The phone shows connected and the PC shows a "Pairing with Android Device" but the "next button has not been highlighted to continue the process.

I assume you use the latest Windows OAS 1.56 and Android OAS 2.2 versions? If yes, do your use Wizard or trying to start synchronization without it?
