Outlook-Android Sync & EZOutlookSync

I'm getting a lot of duplications when I sync as opposed to target -> source. For example: I edit a contact (Craig) - add a phone number and some info in the note section. I go home and sync, now there are two Craig entries. this doesn't happen when I use target -> source, but I'd rather use the sync feature!! Does anyone have a solution to this? Thank you!

I'm using the registered version of ezoutlook sync, WinXP, Outlook 2003

Hm...can you reproduce the duplication with any contact? (or just with a certain one?) Do you use custom forms in Outlook?
