errors and rules

First thing I am using Outlook 2000 on one machine and outlook xp on another.....everytime I sync.... the rules on my Outlook XP (destination) get messed up b/c the rules from 2000 are not compatible. When I sync is their a way to disbale the sync'ng of the rules I have setup in outlook???

Also I am getting a mapi error 80040119.

I started getting this with the version I just bought. It didn't happen with the trial version. Someone respond asap please!

Do you have installed/bought EZOutlookSync Pro? and which version did you trial, Pro or Standart?

I am also having the same problem, i get the same error code and the message: " The File <x> is not compatable with this version of the personal folders information service, please contact your admin."

I am currently trying the EzOutlookSync Pro v. 1.32 trial version, if i can get this resolved I will definatly buy the full version....

BTW thanks for making it so that a guest can post without signing up... i hate going through the whole registration process to ask 1 question!...


although can u install a field that asks the guest for their e-mail addy so they can be contacted if someone replies... thanks!

Hello,

this error appears usually when the machine EZOS is installed on has Outlook 2002/2000 and you are trying to synchronize Outlook 2003 file. Since we use Outlook resources to sync, Outlook 2002 machine can't synchronize Outlook 2003 files.
You just have to install EZOS onto Outlook 2003 machine to be able to synchronize across different Outlook versions.
