Mapi Error: 8004011D

I just purchased the Pro version. Running Outlook 2003 sp2 on a WinXP box.

When I try to backup or synch to a new file, I get this Mapi Error: 8004011D

It is consistant. What do I need to do.

Most often this error indicates that the Outlook file you are trying to add to EZOS is locked. Please make sure Outlook.exe is not running on the machine where this PST is located and you have full read/write access to the file
