2 way sinc looses info

I have a laptop & a PC; when I sinc both the info on the calendar and contacts for the laptop is lossed but the info on the PC is transfered to the laptop.
How do I fix this problem?

Hello Noel,
we have been trying to reproduce the problem, so far unsuccessfully. Are only contacts or calendar items get lost?
Do you notice any repeating pattern...? Any information would be appreciated...
