Outlook-Android Sync & EZOutlookSync

Hi,

as I wanted to use the sync tool yesterday I had to obtain a permanent key. I sent all things via Email and recieved a new key. As I wanted to enter the key, the hardware ID changed . I did not change the hardwar (I'm using this prog on a notebook) and the key does not work (naturally!). How can this be?? Has anybody else seen this behaviour?

Hello, Hardware ID is a mixture of CPU ID, HDD iD, motherboard ID, etc, and any of the items are allowed to change, but not at once. This is quite a rare case when Hardware ID changes for unknown reason. We will issue a new code for you, no problems.
