Can't Get a registration key to Work !

Hello,
I bought this program a month or 2 ago for a customer of mine because the demo seemed to work well. He has not been able to use it since the trial expired because I can't get a key to work. I have received 3 different keys and they all say invalid or expired. i need this to work asap.
My hardware id is FB11-AE60.
PLease Help
