The specified module could not be found

After using EZOutlookSync with no problems for a couple of months, it has begun giving me the error message "The specified module could not be found" when I run it, and then exiting. I tried to contact EZSupport directly, and after a considerable delay, was told that I must have changed my installation of Outlook somehow. Beyond installing the regular Microsoft updates, I have not. I have not been able to get any additional support from EZSupport, nor have I been able to find out what module is missing. I've tried reinstalling the program, deleting all registry entries, removing the ezo and ini files - all with no success. Both this error, and the level of support that has been provided have me very concerned.

I am having the same problem and have not been able to reinstall the product or otherwise fix it so that I can continue to use it.

I sent a request for support over two weeks ago, but have not received a response.
