MAPI Error 8004010A

i have recently installed ezoutlooksync pro 1.4 trial edition. Both machines that i wish to synchronise are running outlook 2003 sp2. the synchronisation begins but halts after a few moments with the errror message: MAPI Error 8004010A> Any help much appreciated
