NSIS Error on installer file?

I have downloaded EZOutlook Sync Pro V1.4 several times from your website. However, when I attempt to run the installer I get the following error:
"The installer you are trying to run is corrupt or incomplete....."

The size of the downloaded file is only 235kB...??

Is there a problem with the file, or am I doing something wrong?

OK, I have found a link that actually downloads the entire file (in the light green righthand column of the Pro vs Std comparison page under related links).

I am trying to re-install EZOS Pro after a hard drive crash/replacement. The registration key you gave me no longer works. Do I need a new key since I installed a new hard drive?

Yes, most likely your Hardware ID changed and therefore you'd require a new key. Please e-mail our technical support team at ezsupport[at]ezoutlooksync.com with the new hard. ID num, they'll issue a new key. Thanks.
