Hi,
Since today, each time I start both program I receive the following error message :
"Warning!
Your Temporary Key is
About to Expire
Your temporary key will expire in 10 days.
To obtain your permanent key, please
click here. It should open you email client
with all fields filled in.
Enter New Key Continue".
What does it mean ?
Why does this message appear suddenly ?
When I click on the continue button the application launches correctly and I can see in the respective about box that I'm well registered...
Sometimes I have an access violation error message.
Uninstalling/reregistering products does not solve the issue ...
And if I close this warning window with Alt+F4, Ez(Outlook Pro/remover) seem to work properly after...

The two keys were not permanent !!!
Now I have obtained them.
But could an Epim Staff member explain why those keys which have been worked for weeks and weeks have suddenly been revoked ?
And I also have two of your other products, (epim ppc desktop pro and ppc portable pro) : will the situation be equivalent with those products ?

These were just anti-piracy measures. We were forced to implement them due to the fact of increasing number of cracked keys for EZOS/EZOS Pro circulating over the Internet. We're trying to do our best and send out permanent keys as quickly as possible.
EPIM Pro doesn't have such protection system implemented. All issued keys are considered to be permanent straight from the issuing date.

Are those keys hardware dependent ?admin wrote:These were just anti-piracy measures. We were forced to implement them due to the fact of increasing number of cracked keys for EZOS/EZOS Pro circulating over the Internet. We're trying to do our best and send out permanent keys as quickly as possible.
