List index out of bounds

Good evening,

I can no longer synchronise my two computers (desktop and notebook computer).

The first few times I used this program it worked great, but now I am getting the error:

"List index out of bounds"

I have emailed the log files for all my synchronizations, the successful and unsuccessful ones, to the support department.

I have issued the Compact File command to the pst files on both
computers and significantly reduced the size of the PST files, however the problem still remains.

This is very annoying as the program worked great but now fails.

My version details are:

Program Version: EzOutlookSync Pro V1.4
Windows Versions: Windows XP, SP2 (both computers)
Outlook versions: 2003 (both computers)

Please let me know what I should do.

Ok, I have reinstalled version 1.4 and the program now seems to work again.

I did end up getting messages that my temporary key had expired and I needed a new permanent key so I have applied, received and installed the permanent key and the program seems to be behaving itself now.

I will keep this up to date if the problem occurs again.
