Items/Folders not selected when profile loads

Hi, just purchased EZOL today, excellent software!!

I'm using two profiles. When I load one, the items I'd checked in the previous sync with that profile are no longer selected.

Do I have to manually select everything each time?

(I did Save each profile with items checked after the first time.)
