I just paid for EZOS Pro and downloaded v1.61 from the website. The desktop and tray icons are there but the program won't run. Task Manager shows EZOutlookSync.exe running as a Process (taking up 50% of CPU) but no Application. I uninstalled and downloaded again to a different file location, same symptom. I tried turning off antivirus, same problem. EZOS customer service told me to uninstall and reinstall but they have been unresponsive since then.
Yes, please remove INI and EZO files from the c:\documents and settings\your_username\application data\ezoutlooksync pro directory and then try to start the program again. Will it help?
In the directory...C:\Documents and Settings\Mike\Application Data...there is no folder for ezoutlooksync pro. However, the installer did install a program and there is a short cut icon.
Please try to use Windows Search function in order to find files with .ini or .ezo extensions.
Also, you might want to see if the program is present in the Start menu.
